After you left..

Most of the time I think I'm lonely
Finding out that the two of us can never be
Besmeared in a dimension of pain and trouble
My heavy heart starts to break and crumble.

Every dog has it's day, they say
But they don't know I'd do anything to pay,
To bring this empty void back to life
Oh, for only you this little puppy thrives.

A million miles, still not enough to beat your smile
Funny when I said I'd protect you from any missile
But I'm the lonely lunatic from whom protected you wish to be
Might I ask, "Have I done anything to thee?"

In shadows, spends this man his days and nights
Becoming a beggar, living with only a sachet of rice
Through strangers' eyes, started you seeing me
Just one glance, of me, and began you to flee.

Your voice, calmed my life up like a lullaby
Had sworn to make you happy, but only if u give us a try
But now, too late for that
As the Jane I knew does not wish to be back.

Now, your presence, not more than mere memories
Our future together, lost in distant stories
One thing left to tell you
I love you, even after everything I've gone through.

With you, there isn't possible anything I need,
Without you, my life is totally incomplete.

I just carry a load of hope, funny isn't it that God has cursed me with a soft heart.

The Butterfly and The Panda

Tear drops mean nothing compared to your smile
hand in hand I think I wish to be here awhile
Your kisses wash away the midnight rain
next to you baby I could go insane

And when we're together I don't have to fake happy
because you make me grin when I'm feeling crappy
We hurt for each other in the stupidest ways
But for us the sun shines even on the rainiest days

I may not be perfect but I can damn near try
just to stay here and remain your guy
because living without you isn't living at all
My heart skips a beat girl, you make me crawl

I see you every second, every moment of the day
your image paints my eyelids, and leaves me in a daze
so I wrote you this song in hopes you'd smile
and to let you know I'm not going anywhere

I'll be here awhile

But it doesn't stop there it only gets better
I stayed up til' midnight just to write you a letter
to tell you I love you and you're my everything
and to apologize for yesterday, when I went insane.

You see I trust you babe, but it hurts too much
I guess me and reality can never seem to get in touch
I want you to understand me in the best way you can
So after you have read this please take my hand.

And tell me you love me, and I'll always be your man 'cause

I hate when we fight and I hate when you cry.
I hate when all we can hear over the phone is heavy sighs.
I hate the way things have been so stupid and sad
I hate that how one of us is always mad.

But we know for each of us there is no one else
Because we fucking rock, I guess that helps?
It's not really a question more like a fact
Because our love is something we don't have to act

It's real and it's as great as it gets
even though our relationships had a few hits
we made it through beaten, and battered
and we pulled together when nothing else mattered

I'm your Panda and you're my butterfly
and I will fight until the day I die
to keep that name and see you rise
And die by your side, lost in your eyes.

I know it was corny and cheesy but.. that's how she likes it what can I say
